Not Giving Up - Quite the Opposite

Virgin Atlantic and Rolls Royce Aerospace are two world renowned companies adversely affected by the caronavirous pandemic and global lockdown.
However, these two great companies are not giving up, indeed quite the opposite !!!
They are working together on a supersonic passenger aircraft that can potentially go from a UK airport to Australia in FIVE HOURS or to New York in TWO HOURS !
Incredibly, the jet is expected to travel at mach 3 (just over 2000 mph) which is about three times the speed of sound
It should be able to cruise at 60,000 feet which is far greater than most current aircraft.
Unfortunately they think it will only have a 15 seat capacity...
A huge part of its attraction is they expect it to be able to use existing airport runways
If this project succeeds, can you imagine getting to the other side of the world in FIVE HOURS ???
