Is your company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed by MKBC, and all of our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance.
What happens after I accept the quote?
We will receive your request and send you an email or text message to confirm the booking.
What if I don't know a postcode?
Don't worry - just enter the full address in the 'messages' section of our booking form, and we will find you!
Can I smoke in the car?
No - PPT (like all other operators) are bound by the non smoking law in all of our vehicles.
Will your drivers load my luggage into the car?
Yes, always and without having to be asked.
Is there the facility to recharge my phone in your cars?
Yes there is.
How do I find my driver?
The driver will be in the 'arrivals' area holding a PPT 'Meet and Greet' name board, you will have his mobile number, and he will have yours.
What if I am delayed?
Our prices allow for up to 40 minutes waiting time. If the delay exceeds this period, then additional charges may apply.
Do you accept corporate accounts?
We currently do not offer corporate accounts. All of our work is cash/card or bacs.
Can I make a booking online?
Yes, just complete our online contact/booking form - we will respond confirming our availability and quoting a firm price, which you can then accept if you wish.
What happens if I haven't received a confirmation and my journey is imminent?
Please call PPT on 07899 90 70 10 or 01908 683 431 and we will deal with your booking as a matter of urgency.
Will you meet us anytime of day or night?
Yes, as all journeys are pre-booked we are able to offer a 24 hour service. Please note we do not guarantee "last minute" bookings and usually have to decline these types of requests
Do your drivers wear a uniform?
No, but they always dress in a clean and smart business like manner.
Will your drivers help with my luggage at the destination?
Yes, but only by prior arrangement if you require assistance transporting luggage at an airport, railway station or port. Please include this requirement under 'special requests' when completing the contact/booking form, and note that you will be charged for any parking fees incurred, together with appropriate waiting time.
Is it more expensive to book a car through PPT than get a taxi at the airport?
No, in fact it will work out cheaper, especially on longer journeys.
Will I incur any extra charges if my flight is delayed?
No, as we will endeavour to track the progress of your flight whilst it is in the air, and adjust our arrival time accordingly.
How many passengers can you take?
We take a maximum of up to four passengers.
Can I book last minute?
You can, however last minute requests are sometimes declined and we recommend clients to always book as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
